Olivia Ferrell is a New York City native whose journey of faith has been shaped by prayer, perseverance, healing, and a desire to know God deeply.
Raised with a foundation of faith and prayer, Olivia’s relationship with God continued to deepen through different seasons of her life. Her own experiences with healing and spiritual growth eventually became part of the foundation for her desire to encourage others and serve within the Body of Christ.
What began as a personal journey has grown into teaching, speaking, prayer ministry, small-group leadership, and the founding of His Chosen Branch—a vision Olivia continues to steward as it develops.
A Near-Death Experience That Revealed Jesus
During COVID-19 in 2020, I nearly lost my life. In that season, God revealed His love, His presence, His healing, and His deliverance to me in ways I couldn't deny. The healing wasn't overnight. It was a process. But through that process, He revealed true love and true peace—the kind that does not depend on circumstances. And in that encounter, He called me by name. Telepathically, He told me to live. I am alive because of Jesus.
That encounter with God changed my life. It wasn't just about surviving—it was about encountering Him personally, intimately, in a way that marked me forever. And I believe that when we encounter God with all our heart, mind, and soul, He changes us all.
His Chosen Branch exists because of that revelation. Everything I teach, every conversation I have, every person I encounter—I want you to know what I know: He responds to desperate cries. He is waiting for you. He loves you so much. Encountering God is life-changing. Trust God. He wants to orchestrate your story. This is the message I carry: He is alive. Not just historically. Not just theologically. He is alive and active and transforming lives right now.
Education & Formation
Olivia began her academic journey studying Biblical Studies at Alliance University, formerly known as Nyack College, where she developed a deeper foundation in Scripture and Christian theology. She later continued her education at Pillar College, earning a B.A. in Biblical Counseling & Psychology in 2026, graduating summa cum laude. She was also selected as valedictorian of her graduating class and had the honor of delivering a commencement address. Her studies brought together biblical principles, counseling, psychology, human development, and approaches to emotional and spiritual care, providing a foundation that continues to inform her teaching and ministry work.
Ministry Experience
Olivia’s ministry experience has developed across both large church environments and smaller local church ministries, giving her opportunities to serve within diverse Christian communities and ministry settings. Her experience includes leading small groups focused on inner healing, serving in prayer and intercession, teaching and speaking, supporting a deliverance conference, and helping host a Christian relationship panel. She has also collaborated with ministry leaders through gatherings, events, and other faith-based initiatives.
These experiences have allowed Olivia to serve in both individual and group settings, work alongside other Christian leaders, and continue developing her gifts in ministry and service.
Speaking & Teaching
Olivia has a passion for teaching Scripture, encouraging believers, and creating meaningful conversations around faith and spiritual formation. Her speaking experience includes teaching in ministry settings, facilitating small groups, participating in panel discussions, and sharing personal testimony.
Her teaching is shaped by both her biblical and counseling education and her lived experiences, allowing her to communicate with compassion, authenticity, and practical application.
Olivia is available for select church gatherings, conferences, retreats, workshops, panels, and other Christian events.
Creative & Collaborative Work
Olivia’s work has also opened doors for creative projects and collaborations within the Christian community. She has modeled for a Christian brand, been featured as a cover model for a minister’s published book, and collaborated with Christian leaders on ministry projects and events.
These experiences have allowed her to combine faith, creativity, communication, and ministry while supporting the work and vision of others.
