John 15 The True Vine Abiding in Christ for Fruitful Faith Joy and Love
John 15 meets us in a tender and serious moment. Jesus is speaking to His disciples on the night before the cross. The shadow of betrayal, suffering, and separation hangs over the room, yet His words are not frantic. He speaks with calm authority. He gives them an image they could understand: a vine, branches, a gardener, and fruit.
